The Shadyside Porch Concert series was created in 2020 by Tino Cardenes and Monique Mead to foster community around music. The concert series features Pittsburgh's best ensembles of all genres. Thanks to our generous donors all proceeds are donated to local music projects.

Marvelous is an opera by Gregory Hall that combines the approachability of musicals with the seriousness of opera. The music, in addition to acoustic instruments, has a unique feature: synthesized sampled strings are used as an ever-present sonic backdrop, which constantly evokes the magic of the Land of Oz.

Music for Good is a free music instruction organization within Pittsburgh's Shadyside neighborhood. The aim is to provide music education to students who otherwise do not have access to it.
Founded by Tino Cardenes, Alex Sayette, and Rohan Sykora in 2020, Music for Good has prepared students for music auditions, and discovering a joy of music.

I have had the pleasure of being a regular pianist with Azure Family Concerts. Azure is a group of enthusiastic artists and volunteers committed to producing an all-behaviors-welcome concert series inspired by Azure Concerts founder Stephen Prutsman. Their concert season strives to provide opportunities for growth, connection, and education for families in the Greater Pittsburgh area.
Azure Family Concerts Pittsburgh is a program of Autism-Pittsburgh.
